Intermediate / Advanced Wrestling Program

Intermediate/Advanced

The intermediate and advanced group is for wrestlers with at least two years of experience who are ready to take their wrestling to the next level. Practices will be systematic, built on a skill and technique progression, and the expectation is that these wrestlers will attend consistently and begin to take ownership of their training process.

Our intermediate and advanced group are taught a system of wrestling techniques and tactics that are successful at all levels. Through a structured and systematic series of drilling through repetition wrestlers will be able to develop the skills they need to compete at the highest levels.

This program is for serious youth, junior high school, and high school wrestlers who have aspirations of succeeding on the state and national level. Higher level techniques, match strategy, nutritional counseling, academic support, will all be a part of our training.
